| Oct 2019 | Centre for Enabling EA Learning & Research | — | Technical AI safety research | grantmaking_ai | I was allowed to study and do research on AI alignment for four years at CEEALAR (EA hotel). Basic living expenses were covered; there was no official grant amount. | |
| Sep 2014 | Scuola Superiore di Toppo Wasserman | — | Other | grantmaking_ai | Excellence scholarship with a very selective admission test (IMO & IPhO type of problems, but easier) that covered all university fees and living expenses in Udine, Italy for three years, the duration of my bachelor's degree. But I also received a different merit-based scholarship that consisted in a small annual grant, so I basically attended university at a negative cost. |
